Care & Ownership

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, avoiding items that might catch the fabric. Do not bleach or use fabric softener; tumble dry low. Allow approximately 5–8% natural shrinkage.

Peacock Alley was founded in 1973 by Mary Ella Gabler and remains a family-owned American linen house. Its beginnings reflect the belief that bedding and bath textiles deserve the same consideration given to fine furnishings.

The company works with established textile producers internationally and continues to cut, sew and embroider selected pieces in its Dallas workroom. Its enduring approach brings thoughtful materials and traditional domestic comfort into daily life.
